Depending on the processing activity, MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp. acts as a data controller/business, or as a processor/service provider acting on a business customer’s documented instructions.
2. Data we process
- Account and contact data: name, email, role, organization, authentication and account information.
- Business identity and directory data: company name, address, hours, contact details, offerings, public records, verification status and source/traceability information.
- Service and interaction data: prompts, messages, instructions, AI interactions, actions requested, outputs, audit logs and connected-service metadata.
- Customer/end-user data: information submitted by or on behalf of a myMulti business customer, which may include customer names, contact details, requests, booking or transaction context.
- Payment data: billing identifiers and transaction metadata. Full payment-card data is handled by the payment processor and is not intended to be stored by myMulti.
- Technical and usage data: IP address, device/browser information, logs, security signals, page and feature usage, and cookie identifiers where applicable.
- Communications: messages sent to support, legal, sales or franchise recruitment teams.
3. Sources of data
We obtain data directly from users and business customers, public or licensed business sources, connected services authorized by customers, payment and identity providers, technical logs, and partners that are permitted to provide the data.

5. Pre-generated business information and claims
myMulti may pre-generate a multi for a business using publicly available or licensed business information. The business may claim, verify or correct that information. We aim to preserve source traceability and distinguish verified information from unverified or inferred information.
6. AI processing
Inputs may be processed by AI models or orchestration services to provide requested functionality. Depending on the service configuration, model providers may process data as subprocessors. myMulti will use available enterprise/API settings and contractual controls intended to limit provider use of customer content for unrelated model training where applicable.
Do not submit unnecessary sensitive personal data. Customers are responsible for configuring appropriate controls before using AI for regulated or high-impact workflows.
8. International transfers
Because MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp. is established in the United States and serves users internationally, personal data may be transferred across borders. Where EU/EEA or UK transfer restrictions apply, myMulti uses an available lawful transfer mechanism such as adequacy decisions, applicable standard contractual clauses, or another recognized safeguard.
9. Retention
We retain data only for as long as reasonably necessary for the relevant purpose, including the life of an account or service, verification and audit needs, dispute handling, fraud prevention, security, and applicable accounting, tax or legal retention requirements. Customer data processed solely on a customer’s behalf is deleted or returned according to the agreement and DPA, subject to legally required backups or retention.
10. Privacy rights
Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, receive portable data, withdraw consent, opt out of certain processing, or appeal a privacy decision.
Requests may be sent to legal@mymulti.ai. We may need to verify identity and authority before acting on a request. EU/EEA individuals may also lodge a complaint with their competent supervisory authority.
11. EU/EEA scope
Where myMulti offers goods or services to people in the EU/EEA or monitors behavior there, the GDPR may apply even though MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp. is established outside the EU. We apply the GDPR where its territorial scope is met.
12. Security
We use technical and organizational measures designed to protect personal data, including access controls, encrypted transport, logging and security monitoring appropriate to the service. No system is completely secure.
13. Children
myMulti business and franchise services are not directed to children. We do not knowingly offer business accounts to children. If we learn that a child’s data has been collected inappropriately, we will take reasonable steps to delete it.
14. Updates and contact
We may update this Privacy Policy as our services, providers or legal obligations evolve. The current version is identified by the “Last updated” date.
