Subprocessor Register

1. Register principle

This page is intended to be the authoritative public register of material subprocessors used to process customer or user data for myMulti services. Providers must be added here before production use where contractual or legal transparency requires disclosure.

3. Configuration-dependent categories

myMulti is designed to use additional providers for infrastructure, transactional communications, identity/KYC, analytics, AI-model processing and connected tools. The exact providers must be confirmed before those production features are enabled.

Pre-publication action required: finalize and publish the exact hosting, email, analytics, identity/KYC and AI-model providers actually used by the production stack. The MULTI Foundation site currently references providers such as Hetzner, Google, Meta and Hotjar for its own site; that does not by itself establish that those providers are active subprocessors for myMulti.

4. Changes

Where required by contract or law, myMulti will provide reasonable advance notice of material new subprocessors and a process for customers to raise legitimate data-protection objections.
