Terms governing access to public myMulti websites and public information.

Operator: MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp.Delaware, United StatesLast updated: August 31, 2026

1. Acceptance

By accessing a public myMulti website, you agree to these Website Terms. If you use a myMulti product or paid service, the Service Terms also apply.

2. Purpose of the websites

The websites present myMulti products, free multi activation, paid AI-assisted services, franchise opportunities, informational materials and related tools. Public pages may include prototypes, simulations or demonstrations expressly identified as such.

3. Professional use and authority

Where you act on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have authority to act for that entity. Franchise recruitment pages are intended for prospective independent business operators and do not create a franchise relationship by themselves.

4. Information and public business data

myMulti may aggregate business information from public, licensed, customer-provided or verified sources. Public information can become outdated. Business owners may use the Business Data Correction & Claim Policy to request review, correction or verification.

5. Acceptable use

You may not misuse the websites, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt security, scrape or harvest data in violation of law or technical restrictions, impersonate another person or entity, submit unlawful content, or use the websites to facilitate fraud or other unlawful activity.

6. AI-assisted content

Some demonstrations or services may use artificial intelligence. AI output may be incomplete or inaccurate and should be reviewed where material decisions or actions are involved. Additional rules are in the AI & Acceptable Use Policy.

7. Third-party services

The websites may link to or interoperate with third-party services. Their terms and privacy practices apply independently, and myMulti does not control third-party services.

8. Disclaimers

Public website content is provided for general informational purposes and does not constitute legal, tax, accounting, investment or professional advice. Unless expressly stated in a written agreement, no website statement is a guarantee of revenue, traffic, ranking, business performance or availability.

9. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp. is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising solely from use of public website content. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

10. Governing law

These Website Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except to the extent mandatory laws applicable to a user or activity cannot lawfully be waived or excluded.

11. Changes and contact

We may update these Website Terms. Material changes will be reflected by a new “Last updated” date. Questions may be sent to legal@mymulti.ai.
