1. Scope and contracting entity
These Service Terms govern free multi activation and paid myMulti services provided by MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp. to business customers. An order form, plan page, checkout, statement of work or separate agreement may add commercial terms. If there is a conflict, the signed or expressly accepted order-specific terms control for that order.
2. The multi and free activation
A multi is an address associated with an economic entity. Where offered, claiming or activating the base multi may be free. Free activation does not require purchase of the optional myMulti AI agent or other paid services unless expressly stated for a specific feature.
3. Paid services
Paid services may include the myMulti AI agent, enhanced presentation or website features, automation, integrations, analytics, managed services or other capabilities displayed in the applicable plan or order.
4. Accounts and business authority
The customer is responsible for authorized users, account credentials and the accuracy of information supplied to myMulti. A person claiming a business multi must have authority to act for the business and may be required to complete verification.
5. Fees, billing and taxes
Fees, billing frequency, usage limits and taxes are shown at checkout or in the applicable order. Unless the order states otherwise, recurring paid plans renew automatically until cancelled. Customers authorize myMulti and its payment processor to charge amounts due under the selected plan.
Refunds, credits and cancellation effects follow the applicable order, mandatory law and any specific refund policy displayed at purchase.
6. Customer data and permissions
The customer retains its rights in content and data it submits. The customer grants myMulti the rights necessary to host, process, transform, display and transmit that content solely to provide, secure, support and improve the contracted services as permitted by law and the applicable privacy terms.
The customer represents that it has the rights and lawful basis needed for personal data, content, instructions and integrations it provides.
7. Public and verified business information
myMulti may maintain public business records separately from customer-provided account data. Claiming a multi allows an authorized business to verify or correct information but does not create ownership over third-party facts or public records. Requests to challenge data are handled under the Business Data Correction & Claim Policy.
8. AI services and human oversight
myMulti may use AI models and orchestration software to understand requests, generate responses, recommend actions or trigger connected tools. AI output is probabilistic. Customers must configure appropriate review and authorization controls for sensitive, high-impact, financial, legal, employment, health, safety or regulated actions.
Users must be informed when they are interacting with AI where required by applicable law. The AI & Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these Terms.
9. Third-party services and actions
Some functions depend on third-party payment, booking, messaging, mapping, CRM, model, identity or other services. Third-party terms may apply. myMulti is not responsible for outages or changes controlled solely by those providers, but will use commercially reasonable efforts to operate integrations it supports.
10. Availability and changes
myMulti may modify features, limits or integrations as the service evolves. Material reductions to a paid service will be handled in accordance with the applicable order and law. Beta, preview or prototype functionality may change or be discontinued.
11. Security and data protection
myMulti uses reasonable technical and organizational measures appropriate to the service. Where myMulti processes personal data on a customer’s behalf, the Data Processing Addendum applies to the extent required.
12. Suspension and termination
myMulti may suspend access where reasonably necessary to address non-payment, security risk, unlawful use, material breach or harm to the service or third parties. The customer may cancel a recurring plan through the available account process or other method stated in the order.
13. Warranties and disclaimers
Except for express commitments in an order, the services are provided “as is” and “as available” to the fullest extent permitted by law. myMulti does not guarantee specific rankings, sales, traffic, conversion, revenue, AI accuracy or uninterrupted third-party availability.
14. Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, neither party is liable for indirect, incidental, special, exemplary, consequential or punitive damages. Unless a signed order states otherwise, MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp.’s aggregate liability arising from paid services will not exceed the fees paid by the customer for the affected service during the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation does not apply where prohibited by law or to liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
15. Customer responsibility and indemnity
The customer is responsible for its business decisions, products, services, claims, customer communications and instructions sent through myMulti. To the extent permitted by law, the customer will defend or indemnify MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp. against third-party claims arising from unlawful customer content, lack of required permissions, or customer misuse of the services.
16. Governing law and mandatory local law
These Terms are governed by Delaware law, excluding conflict-of-law principles. Mandatory laws that legally apply to a customer, data subject, transaction or local franchise relationship remain unaffected where they cannot be waived by contract.
17. Contact and updates
Legal questions: legal@mymulti.ai. We may update these Terms prospectively. Material changes affecting existing paid subscriptions will be communicated as required by the applicable agreement or law.
