1. Purpose of this page
This page explains the legal status of public myMulti franchise recruitment information. It is not a franchise agreement, disclosure document, offer to sell a franchise, earnings representation or guarantee of territory.
2. Contracting entity
The intended franchisor/contracting entity for the myMulti program is MULTI PLATFORMS, Corp., subject to the definitive documents and any local structure or registration that may be legally required in the relevant jurisdiction.
3. Application and selection
Submitting a form, studying a plan or speaking with myMulti does not create a franchise relationship. Candidates, territories, portfolios, strategic accounts and deployment levels remain subject to review, availability, compliance and written approval.
4. Financial illustrations and simulations
Any simulator, revenue example, commission illustration, client count, conversion scenario or market estimate shown on public pages is illustrative unless expressly included in a legally compliant written disclosure. Actual results depend on execution, market conditions, customer acquisition, pricing, costs, retention and many other factors.
No revenue or profit is guaranteed.
5. Fees and commercial terms
Publicly displayed license fees, capacities, commissions, service limits and other economics are indicative until incorporated into the applicable pre-contractual and contractual documents. The definitive documents control.
6. France · pre-contractual disclosure
Where French franchise/distribution rules apply, the candidate will receive the legally required pre-contractual information and draft agreement before commitment or payment. In particular, where Article L.330-3 of the French Commercial Code applies, the required disclosure document and draft contract must be provided at least 20 days before signature or, where applicable, before payment of an amount required in advance.
7. Independent review
Candidates should conduct their own due diligence and obtain independent legal, accounting and financial advice before entering a franchise agreement or preparing a business forecast.
8. Governing law
Use of the public recruitment website is governed by the Website Terms, including its Delaware governing-law clause. A definitive franchise agreement may contain additional governing-law, forum, mandatory local-law and disclosure provisions appropriate to the candidate’s jurisdiction.
